At Neretravel, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must remain in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
